Periodontology

Your teeth will be fully examined, both clinically and radiologically. If it is either functionally and/or aesthetically desirable, fillings can be replaced by aesthetic white fillings under proper isolation (coffer dam). We will also examine the periodontium, i.e the tissues around the teeth, more specifically the bone and the gums. If necessary, an in-depth periodontal cleansing is carried out before a periodontal assessment. After a healing period that includes a specific oral hygiene protocol a new assessment is carried out which allows us to compare the results and act accordingly. All these steps will be closely followed up and the patient will be required to come back for regular check-ups.
